Cape Town's coastal suburbs, resort hotels, between sea and mountain

Cape Town

Table Bay Cape Town

Cape Town extends south along Table Bay through a group of coastal suburbs lying along the narrow strip between sea and mountain – with easy access to City Centre, Waterfront and the route south along the Cape Peninsula.

Since 2010, Green Point has been best known for the high tech stadium that sits majestically close to the water's edge. It offers an good range of cafes, restaurants and bars with a significant pink friendliness.

Sea Point has long been a popular resort suburb with a range of hotels along the sea front and restaurants on Main Road.

Bantry Bay is a little more upmarket further again to the south making way for a succession of small coves on the way to Camps Bay and on down the Peninsula.
