The Malindi Coast boasts 155 kilometres of shoreline - idyllic white sandy beaches, ocean breezes, swaying palm trees, casuarina pines and flowering frangipani.
The beaches are extensive, often sheltered by inshore coral reef bringing with it rich marine life protected in the Malindi Marine national reserve.
Arabuko Sokoke national park is a large area of indigenous forest, protected for its rich flora and fauna.
Historic Malindi town, with the resorts of Watamu and Kilifi, offers a range of options along the coast. Gedi Ruins are the impressive remains of a long-abandoned trading town.
