Blyde River Canyon
The river flows from mount Anderson near Sabie through Pilgrims Rest and past Bourke's Luck before opening out into the grandest of canyons - created by the heavy run-off and high levels of erosive suspended rocks.Perhaps the best view is at the Three Rondavels - named for the 3 rounded peaks - where the stunning panorama of the river deep below is well worth the slight diversion. This is scenery on a grand scale.
